The systems enable expression profiling from limited and hard to replace biological samples, such as clinical biopsies, FACS sorted cells, FFPE, LCM and whole blood.

DNA SAMPLE PREPARATION
Ovation® WGA System
The Ovation WGA System offers a robust and simple linear amplification technology based on SPIA® (Single Primer Isothermal Amplification) for amplification of DNA. This amplification system faithfully replicates genomic DNA from the clinical samples, providing a valuable resource for a variety of downstream applications including analyis copy number changes using real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) or microarrays.
Automation Solutions
The NuGEN Automation Solutions significantly accelerate and facilitate high throughput RNA amplification, fragmentation, and labeling for microarray analysis and qPCR using the Ovation® family of modular products. Ideal for target preparation from a wide range of sample types such as whole blood, LCM, sorted cells, fine needle biopsies, FFPE and other limited and compromised samples.
