Prelude Systems

The Prelude Direct Lysis Module bypasses the tedious and time-consuming RNA purification steps to simplify the transcriptome analysis workflow, and continues directly from cell lysis into many of the Ovation RNA Amplification Systems for microarray and NGS applications.

Ovation RNA Amplification Systems

The Ovation Systems for microarrays and qPCR offer a simple, robust amplification and labeling approach for small, compromised, and challenging samples. The systems enable expression profiling from limited and hard to replace biological samples, such as clinical biopsies, FACS sorted cells, FFPE, LCM and whole blood.

Applause™ RNA Amplification Systems

The Applause Systems offer NuGEN's proven Ribo-SPIA technology for total RNA sample sizes starting at 50 ng. DNA SAMPLE PREPARATION

Ovation® WGA System

The Ovation WGA System offers a robust and simple linear amplification technology based on SPIA® (Single Primer Isothermal Amplification) for amplification of DNA. This amplification system faithfully replicates genomic DNA from the clinical samples, providing a valuable resource for a variety of downstream applications including analyis copy number changes using real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) or microarrays.

Automation Solutions

The NuGEN Automation Solutions significantly accelerate and facilitate high throughput RNA amplification, fragmentation, and labeling for microarray analysis and qPCR using the Ovation® family of modular products. Ideal for target preparation from a wide range of sample types such as whole blood, LCM, sorted cells, fine needle biopsies, FFPE and other limited and compromised samples.
