Automation Solutions for Gene Expression
The NuGEN Automation Solutions significantly accelerate and facilitate high throughput RNA amplification, fragmentation, and labeling for microarray analysis and qPCR using the Ovation® family of modular products. Ideal for target preparation from a wide range of sample types such as whole blood, LCM, sorted cells, fine needle biopsies, FFPE and other limited and compromised samples.
The NuGEN Automation Solutions include scripts for various combinations of NuGEN assays and automation platforms. The assays currently automated are:
