Ovation® WGA FFPE System
The Ovation WGA FFPE System provides a fast and simple method for high fidelity amplification of DNA (SPIA Product) from gDNA prepared from Formalin Fixed Paraffin Embedded (FFPE) tissue. The resulting amplified DNA may be used in a variety of downstream applications including, array CGH (aCGH) and sequencing library construction (requires the Encore® ds-DNA Module). The simplicity and robustness of the procedure yields accurate and quantitative results with minimal sample or allelic dropouts,and eliminates the need for customization or optimization.

Ovation WGA System
The Ovation WGA System offers a robust, high fidelity amplification technology based on SPIA® (Single Primer Isothermal Amplification). This amplification system faithfully replicates gDNA from clinical samples, providing a valuable resource for a variety of downstream applications, including copy number variation analysis using real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) or microarrays. The simplicity and robustness of the procedure yields accurate and quantitative results with minimal sample or allelic dropouts, and eliminates the need for customization or optimization.
